The Northchase HOA board of directors is tentatively setting a meeting for all homeowners at the swimming pool on Sunday evening, June 11, at 6:00 PM.
This date and time is subject to change. Please know we cannot accommodate everyone with their most convenient time. We hope you will make arrangements with your schedule so you can join us. 
This will be a safety meeting concerning our neighborhood and our options.
Workers from the City Of San Antonio are scheduled to be cleaning out more dead limbs and trees from the creek this weekend (if weather permits) and next weekend.
We will need to keep the parking lot next to the pool clear of all vehicles on the following days:
Friday, August 12
Saturday, August 13
Friday, August 19
Saturday, August 20

The next Northchase Homeowners Association meeting is tentatively set for Sunday, October 11th at 6:00pm at the community pool area or virtually via Zoom. Details will follow closer to the date.
Due to recent developments regarding COVID-19 aka the Coronavirus the board of directors have approved the extension of deadline for the Assessment Fee. Payments are now due June 30, 2020.
